Rita Jankowska-Bradley
Rita Jankowska-Bradley is a founding member and coordinator of Jubilee Montana Network. She co-chaired Jubilee’s Global Connections tour to Montana and has served on the coordinating committee of Jubilee USA Network for the past five years.

Rita is the project coordinator and co-producer of Jubilee's Break the Chains!, a 19-artist world music compilation album and Power of Music Campaign. The campaign strives to use music and the arts in movement building and mobilization of the broader global justice and social-justice based faith networks and civil society at large, around unconditional debt cancellation. The BTC! album project was co-produced with her son Damian of iamedia at www.iamedia.org/breakthechains.

As a member of Jubilee USA/Montana Networks, and the Montana Peace Seekers, she participated in a 15-day Fast for Economic Justice for Iraq before the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland in June 2005. She chose to participate to bring attention to the issue of odious debt in Iraq as well as to highlight the odious nature of debt in Latin America, Africa, Asia.

Rita has combined over 30 years of peace and justice work, community organizing and networking with a professional career in dietetics/public health. She was a lead organizer for the Missoula Global Justice Action Summit, an alternative to the G8 meeting in Calgary in 2002. An active member of many peace and justice organizations, Rita was selected as the 2003 Missoula Peacemaker of the Year. A social justice poet, she is frequently asked to read at events because she exposes injustice and challenges people to make connections between peace and justice.
