Over the past two years, Jubilee USA has launched two successful speaking tours that brought Global South civil society leaders to the United States to share their message and inspire people across the country to take action on debt cancellation. This fall, Jubilee will hold its third national speaking tour to build the momentum of the Jubilee movement in the United States as we prepare for the 2007 Sabbath Year, seven years after Jubilee 2000.
This year’s tour will break new ground for Jubilee, going to places we’ve never been and bringing the Jubilee call for debt cancellation to activists and concerned citizens who are new to the Jubilee movement.
We’re still in the planning stages for the 2007 Global Connections Speaking Tour, so take a look at what we did last year and stay tuned this fall for more information about this year's tour.
