Stand Up and Take Action Against Global Poverty: October 17 – 19
Join millions around the globe in demanding that world leaders keep their promises to end poverty and inequality.  Last year, over 43 million people stood up and took action.  This year, Jubilee is working with the UN Millennium Campaign to send an even louder message to our elected leaders.

Jubilee Sabbath/Sunday: December 13  or 14
Join Jubilee Congregations around the United States in dedicating part or all of your religious service to pray for global economic justice, deepen the community's understanding of the debt issue, take concrete action for debt cancellation for all impoverished countries, and receive a special offering to support the work of the Jubilee USA Network.

Picture New Leadership: All Fall
Gather friends and take a picture with a sign that reads: “Picture an End to Global Poverty: Cancel debts! More and better aid!” to urge the presidential candidates to take poverty seriously by appointing a Treasury Secretary who is committed to debt cancellation and by creating a Cabinet of Global Development. Then sign the petition.
