Using the Metro

From Capitol South, Orange and Blue Lines

• When you exit the station, walk South (or straight ahead) toward Independence Avenue
• When you reach Independence, turn right
• Walk to the end of the block, which is the intersection of Independence and 2nd street
• Turn left onto 2nd Street and walk one block to East Capitol Street. The Library of Congress and the Folgers Shakespeare Library should be on your right. The rear of the Supreme Court should be on your left
• Turn right onto East Capitol Street
• When you see Lutheran Church of the Reformation, walk through the left portico where you see a large brown door
• Ring the buzzer marked for Jubilee USA Network

From Union Station, Red Line

• Exit the station on the end that reads "To Shops"
• Go up the escalator and make two lefts. The first left takes you past the escalators. The second left takes you around the escalators to the street. Walk down the Union Station outside walkway, where you will pass three restaurants: America; Thunder Grill; and B. Smith. As you pass America, you will see the taxi stand to your right. If you wish to take a taxi, you may take one here
• At the end of the walkway, which ends at B. Smith's Restaurant, walk across the street to the Thurgood Marshall Building. Follow that walkway around to the right and toward the street, which is Massachusetts Avenue
• Turn left onto Massachusetts Avenue and walk toward 2nd Street NE
• At 2nd Street NE, turn right
• Walk down 2nd Street about four blocks (you will pass the Senate Office Building, Constitution Avenue, and the rear of the Supreme Court) until you reach East Capitol Street
• Turn left onto East Capitol
• When you see Lutheran Church of the Reformation on your left, walk through the left portico where you see a large brown door
• Ring the buzzer marked for Jubilee USA Network

Using a Vehicle

Please note, parking is limited around our offices. Beware that when you park in a space without a meter, you take the risk of being ticketed by D.C. Parking Enforcement.

Driving from the West

• Take 66 East to I-395 North toward Richmond/Washington
• Take US-1N to downtown DC
• Turn right onto C Street SW
• Turn left onto 12th Street SW
• Turn right at Independence Avenue SW
• Turn left onto 2nd Street SE
• Turn right onto East Capitol Street SE
• We are the left portico Lutheran Church of the Reformation, which should be on your left, turn into the left portico where you'll see a large brown door
• Ring the buzzer marked for Jubilee USA Network

Driving from the North

• Drive south on 16th Street into Washington, D.C.
• Turn left on U Street NW and continue on Florida Avenue NW for about a mile and a half
• Turn right onto 4th Street NW and continue on 4th for about a mile and a quarter
• Turn right onto East Capitol Street SE
• When you see Lutheran Church of the Reformation, walk through the left portico where you see a large brown door
• Ring the buzzer marked for Jubilee USA Network

Driving from the South

• Take I-295 North to the I-395 North exit
• Take the right fork to D street SW
• Turn left onto Delaware Ave. SW
• Turn right onto C Street SW
• Take a left onto South Capitol Street SE
• Turn right onto Independence Avenue SE
• Turn left onto 2nd Street SE
• Turn right onto East Capitol Street SE
• We are the left portico Lutheran Church of the Reformation, which should be on your left, turn into the left portico where you'll see a large brown door
