Argentina Debt Crisis Sets Dangerous Vulture Fund Precedent Argentina’s over decade-long holdout debt crisis has set a dangerous precedent that will embolden predatory creditors to exploit vulnerable countries in economic distress, a U.N. debt expert told teleSUR.
