National and local religious groups are an essential part of the Jubilee USA interfaith network. Jubilee Congregations are one of the most important reasons that Jubilee USA wins campaigns that lift the poor and vulnerable.
What is the Commitment?
Support Jubilee's work in whatever way you feel moved to. Some suggested ways are:
- Offer one prayer during a worship service or Jubilee Weekend for our efforts to lift the poorest communities
- Share the message of Jubilee with your congregation by using our resources and information to do a presentation or integrate the topic into a sermon
- Offer an annual contribution to support our efforts
- Participate in our one of our campaigns by writing to your Members of Congress or signing a petition
When You Join
Once you are a Jubilee Congregation you will receive a banner to hang in your community space and your community will be recognized on our website. You will also receive a packet of teaching and guided resources that include textual references for study and reflection, suggestions for programs in your synagogue, mosque or church, prayer selections and more.

Building an Economy that Serves the Poor: An Interfaith Forum on New York Laws to Stop Predatory Finance and Protect Developing Economies
The forum will discuss a New York law that could resolve debt crises and stop "vulture funds" from Puerto Rico to Mozambique to Illinois. New Yorkers and people of faith are on the front lines of these efforts. Join local friends and global experts as we campaign to protect vulnerable communities.
