Puerto Rico Seeks Bankruptcy Protection: Governor

"'This bankruptcy process is vital so Puerto Rico can receive the debt relief it was promised,' said Eric LeCompte, executive director of Jubilee USA, which promotes debt forgiveness for poor countries.
